Summary And Acceptance

These Terms of Service apply to the MeshGames apps listed below. By installing or using a covered app, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Covered Apps

These terms cover every app in this table. Future MeshGames titles become covered when they are added to the table.

License To Use The Apps

DataXad gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use covered apps on supported devices you control. Depending on the app, play may include games against the computer, same-device Pass & Play, and direct nearby Bluetooth play. A mode is available only where that covered app supports it.

MeshGames Sudoku is a local/offline puzzle game covered by the same limited personal license. Its puzzle progress, saves, settings, and statistics are part of the app's local state on the device.

In MeshGames Poker, the host may select from one to seven computer seats. A direct nearby Poker table may include multiple human seats, subject to the app's supported table size and nearby connection limits.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, bypass technical protections, interfere with app operation, or use a covered app unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.

Offline And Cloudless Operation

Covered apps are designed to work without a MeshGames account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or a developer-operated gameplay backend unless an app-specific exception says otherwise. Local saves, settings, statistics, and related app state remain on your device. Optional feedback opens a draft in your own email app; you decide whether to send it.

Nearby Play And Conduct

Nearby Bluetooth play is intended for games with people physically near you. Nearby players are responsible for their own conduct and for the display identity they choose. In MeshGames Poker, that identity may include a display name, a built-in avatar or profile picture, and a profile color. You must not use nearby play to harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or interfere with another player or device.

The apps do not provide cloud moderation, accounts, blocking, or remote reporting for a direct nearby session. If you do not want to continue, leave the match, turn off Bluetooth, or stop playing with that person.

No Gambling Or Prizes

Covered games are for entertainment. They do not provide real-money gambling, wagering, cash-out functionality, prizes, or gambling services. This includes MeshGames Poker. Do not use them to organize unlawful betting or gambling.

Ownership

DataXad and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the covered apps, including their software, visual design, audio, names, and other content, except for any third-party material identified in the app or its notices. These terms grant a license to use the apps; they do not transfer ownership.

No Warranty

Covered apps are provided "as is" and "as available." DataXad does not promise that an app will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose. Bluetooth behavior depends on operating-system version, device hardware, permissions, and nearby radio conditions, and may not work on every device pair or in every environment.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DataXad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, device issues, interrupted play, or inability to use a covered app. Where liability cannot be excluded, DataXad's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Changes To These Terms

DataXad may update these terms when the covered apps or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
