Summary And Acceptance

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the MeshGames apps listed below. The games are cloudless and offline-first. Each standalone game supports local play and optional nearby Bluetooth voice and text chat. Synchronized nearby multiplayer is available only where the game supports it. The Hub provides access to its included games. By installing or using a covered app, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you use a covered app with other nearby players, including push-to-talk voice and in-game text chat, you are responsible for how you interact with those people during the local session.

Covered Apps

These terms apply to the MeshGames Hub and all 13 standalone games in this table. The package anchors provide stable per-app links.

Who May Use The Apps

You must be at least 13 years old to use a covered app, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age. By using an app, you confirm that you meet that age.

Nearby voice and text chat connect you to people who are physically near you. DataXad does not remotely monitor, moderate, record, or store those communications. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for a minor's use of the app and should decide whether nearby voice and text chat are appropriate before they play. Every player has local mute, block, and report controls, described below.

License To Use The Apps

DataXad gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use covered apps on supported devices you control. Depending on the game, local play can include a solo mode, computer opponents, people sharing one device, or people using directly connected nearby devices. A mode is available only where that app supports it.

The license includes the app's local saves, settings, display profile, and statistics features, plus nearby push-to-talk voice and text chat where nearby play is used.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, bypass technical protections, interfere with app operation, or use a covered app unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.

Intellectual Property

The covered apps—their code, artwork, board and card designs, icons, sounds, music, text, and the MeshGames and DataXad names and logos—belong to DataXad or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms give you permission to use the apps; they transfer no ownership, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved. The underlying traditional game rules are not claimed as ours; this reservation covers our implementation and presentation.

You may take screenshots and record your own play for personal, non-commercial use, including ordinary streaming and reviews. You may not extract, redistribute, or reuse app assets separately from the app.

Store Purchases

If you obtain a paid covered app through an app store, that purchase, billing, refund, and cancellation process is governed by the store's terms. DataXad does not process app-store payment details. Nothing in these terms states that every covered app is paid or available in every store or country.

Offline And Cloudless Operation

Covered apps are designed to work without accounts, active analytics or advertising SDKs, telemetry uploads, or a developer-operated server. They do not request Internet access. Local copies of profile, save, settings, game history, and troubleshooting data stay on your device. The limited profile and nearby-session fields described below can travel directly to participating devices.

During a nearby connection, your display name and profile appearance, app and game capability information, text chat, and live push-to-talk voice travel directly to participating devices over Bluetooth—never to DataXad. Where a game supports synchronized nearby gameplay, required game state also travels directly between participating devices—never to DataXad. Voice and text chat exist only in memory during the nearby session and are not recorded or uploaded by the app.

The one exception is email you send intentionally. If you choose to send feedback or report a player, the app opens a draft in your own email app. You decide whether to send it; if you do, DataXad receives your email address, message, and anything you left in the draft, and uses that information only to reply and improve the app.

Acceptable Use Of Nearby Voice And Chat

Nearby Bluetooth multiplayer, push-to-talk voice, and text chat are intended for friendly play with people physically nearby. You agree not to use local multiplayer, push-to-talk voice, or text chat to harass, threaten, impersonate, or interfere with another player or their device. You also agree not to:

• bully, abuse, or defame another player;
• send or say unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content, or anything harmful to a minor;
• share another person's private information, or record or publish another player without their agreement where the law requires it;
• advertise, solicit, or spam; or
• interfere with another player's device, session, or connection.

Assume you are being heard. Voice and text chat go directly to nearby devices. The app does not record them, but anyone present can listen, repeat, screenshot, or record what you say or type using something else. Do not share personal details with players you do not know.

The apps do not provide cloud moderation, accounts, or remote reporting. They do provide on-device muting and persistent blocking, which apply only on your own device, and reporting that opens a draft in your own email app. You choose whether to send it. Because voice and text chat are live and peer-to-peer, DataXad cannot moderate them remotely. You can also leave the nearby session or turn off Bluetooth. DataXad may use a report to improve in-app protections, but cannot remove or ban a player from a purely local session.

You are responsible for what you say and type during a local session. If another player asks you to stop contacting them during a session, stop.

No Gambling Or Prizes

Covered games are for entertainment. They do not provide real-money gambling, wagering, cash-out functionality, prizes, or gambling services. Do not use them to organize unlawful betting or gambling.

No Warranty

Covered apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. DataXad does not promise that an app will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose.

Bluetooth behavior depends on operating-system version, device hardware, permissions, system behavior, and nearby radio conditions. Nearby play, voice, and text chat may not work on every device combination or in every environment.

Some places do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits a right you have under mandatory consumer law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DataXad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, device issues, interrupted play, inability to use an app, or the conduct of other nearby players—including anything another player says, types, records, or does during nearby play.

Where liability cannot be excluded, DataXad's total liability for a claim relating to an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Your Responsibility For Misuse

You agree to cover DataXad, including our people and partners, for a claim, loss, or legal cost caused by your breach of these terms, your breach of law, or your conduct under the nearby voice and text-chat rules above. In plain language: if your conduct gets us sued, you are responsible for it, not us. We will tell you about the claim and you may take part in defending it. This does not apply to anything caused by us, and nothing here removes a right you have under mandatory consumer law.

Ending Your License

Your license lasts while you follow these terms. If you materially breach them, DataXad may end or suspend the license, and you must stop using and delete the app. Because the apps are cloudless, DataXad has no account or server with which to disable a copy already installed. You may end the license at any time by deleting the app. The Intellectual Property, No Warranty, Limitation Of Liability, and Governing Law sections continue to apply after the license ends.

Feedback And Suggestions

If you send DataXad a suggestion, feature idea, bug report, or other feedback about a covered app, you give us permission to use it freely—to build it, change it, ship it, or ignore it—with no payment, confidentiality, or credit obligation. Do not send anything you consider confidential or that belongs to someone else. You keep any rights you already have in what you send; this permission simply allows us to act on it.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms when a covered app or legal requirement changes. Material changes appear here with an updated effective date.

September 14, 2026 update: These shared terms now name the MeshGames Hub and all 13 standalone packages and align their common cloudless operation, nearby voice and text chat, device-local moderation, player-controlled reporting, age, ownership, consumer-rights, and conduct terms.

September 14, 2026 correction: These terms distinguish nearby voice and text chat from synchronized nearby gameplay, which is available only where a game supports it.

September 14, 2026 clarification: Local app data stays off DataXad servers, while limited profile and nearby-session fields can travel directly to participating devices as described above.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
